The Danish Fishing Equipment Group was founded in 1976 and consists of about 100 members, making the group the largest of its kind in Scandinavia.
Since the foundation of the group in 1976 the concept has been to support and encourage Danish subcontractors to the fishing industry by providing a solid platform for joint promotion, participation at international fairs, exchange of knowledge and establishment of professional networks.
This concept has been a success as evidenced by our growing membership of skilful and quality-conscious Danish subcontractors.
Since the group’s establishment, the fishery industry has transformed ships into flexible processing facilities able to catch, process and freeze their haul, and members have specialised in machinery and equipment in response giving them a large amount of know-how and consequently making them the best choice within fishery equipment.
